JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Establishes entry priorities.
- Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
- Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete.
- Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.
- Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data.
- Secures information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Data entry experience or related office experience
- Some basic computer courses may be preferred by some employers
- Organization skills
- Quick typing skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer savvy
- Confidentiality
- Thoroughness

Responsibilities:
1- Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
2- Manage health and life insurance programs.
3- Design and implement effective training and development plans.
4- Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
5- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
6- Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
7- Track department budgets.
8- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field.
2- A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
3- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
4- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
5- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
6- Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
