Zoe Tise has been providing private chef services on Anguilla for over 14 years. She previously owned the catering service, Saveur & Co, in San Francisco and has studied and cooked in France. Her extensive menus include Mediterranean, Thai, French, Italian, Caribbean, Indian, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free and Kosher. She has experience in procuring, otherwise hard to find, foods for most any type
of cuisine. Zoe works with a guest, before arrival, to develop menus that are geared towards his, or her, specific taste. The extensive offerings within her menu suggestions provide a wide variety of choices. Favorite dishes that may not be listed, can always be added. A FAMILY OF GOURMET CHEFS
Zoe’s entire family is in the food profession and it is a passion that they share with each other. They exchange new ideas and trends in the industry on a daily basis. Her oldest daughter, Cybele, with husband Frank, has recently opened a new restaurant in Paris after creating the “pop-up” dinner service, La Table de Cybele. The new restaurant, with the same name, has been widely acclaimed on blogs and reviews in Paris. Zoe’s youngest daughter, Chloe, and her husband Theron, own Picante, which is one of the most recommended dining spots on Anguilla. A very popular feature of Saveur & Co is the All-Inclusive Menus. These are geared towards the guest that would like to dine in, but would also like to sample the wonderful array of restaurants available in Anguilla. One lunch/two dinners or two lunches/three dinners. The available food choices and cost can be found under the menu options. The price includes chef services, cost of food, server(s) & clean up. It does not include beverages or a 15% service charge. Wine pairing suggestions are offered, at no additional cost. When not utilizing chef services, the pre-stocking of a villa is available with a guest shopping list. A pre-arrival deposit is required and reimbursement for the balance upon the presentation of receipts. The cost is between $100-$150 plus the amount of the receipts for purchases.
