Delve into history!🤩

Harley-Davidson history. November 1909 Harley-Davidson first introduced the iconic V-twin engine. It would become one of the most successful motorcycle engines of all time, providing more power and torque than previous single-cylinder engines.

The V-twin also gave Harley-Davidson motorcycles the distinctive, deep, rumbling exhaust note that has become synonymous with the brand.

Vom Gleitschirm direkt auf die Harley - Kolja Rebstock, Europachef von Harley-Davidson, flog vom Mittagskogel aus zur großen Jubiläumsparade. 🪂 🏞️ 🏍️

Es war eine absolute Premiere und definitiv einer der Höhepunkte der 25. European Bike Week: Der orange-schwarze Harley-Gleitschirm, der zum Start der großen Parade direkt vor den wartenden Bikern landete. 🏍️ 🧡

Bestens organisiert von den Kärntner Flugschulen durfte Rebstock am Samstagmorgen die legendäre Wanderung auf den 2.145-Meter-Gipfel des Mittagskogels absolvieren. Gestärkt von einem Zwischenstopp auf der erfolgte kurz nach 11 Uhr der Start mit dem Gleitschirm und bei besten Bedingungen ein spektakulärer Flug durch die außergewöhnliche Berg- und See-Kulisse der Region Villach - Faaker See - Ossiacher See ☀️

Die Landung erfolgte dann direkt neben dem Biker-Monument in Latschach, wo der Ehrengast planmäßig um 12 Uhr tausende begeisterte Motorradfahrer auf eine unvergessliche Reise durch die Region schickte. 😍
