RIP David Lynch. It’s curtains for one of the few filmmakers who truly thought in images, not just words. Lynch mastered what Maurice Blanchot called ‚the essential ambiguity of the image‘—several things at once, dangerous and unsettling. Somehow, he always found his way, creating an extraordinary body of work that challenged and inspired us all. The world feels dimmer, but his legacy will forever light our imaginations.
