🎭 This February I’ll be speaking at the EVTA Congress in Graz,
sharing strategies for opera singers on social media ✨
👉 If you’d like to attend this year’s EVTA Congress, you’ll find the link in my bio.

Your brand is not born from marketing — it is born from your wound.

Most artists don’t fail because they lack talent.
They fail because they’re afraid to look inside.

So they copy aesthetics.
They copy poses.
They copy trends.
They copy what seems to work for others.

But real branding doesn’t come from what you want to sell.
It comes from what once saved you.

The moment opera touched you so deeply that it changed your life —
that moment wasn’t accidental.
It revealed the emotional core you return to
every time you sing, conduct, or step on stage 🎶

That emotion — longing, rage, tenderness, tragedy, desire —
is your artistic DNA.

Everything else is just decoration.

This month I’m going all in on building my personal brand.
Not a louder one.
Not a trendier one.
A truer one.

This is not about growing an account.
It’s about building something that cannot be copied.

The Artist’s Signature 🩸

This year it was impossible to take the traditional photo at the beach because of the bad weather. Still, we’re always happy to be together for the holidays in Las Palmas.🌧️🏖️➡️❤️🎄✨

I never miss the Three Kings Parade when I’m in Spain. It’s essential to reconnect with the child we once were — and to witness the joy of today’s children. Even more magical when it’s shared, as always, with the best friends and family. 👑✨🎠💫

We live in an opera world flooded with voices.
Videos.
Competitions.
Auditions.
Endless content. 🎭

But more information does not mean more justice.
It often means more noise — and less attention.

Theatres are overwhelmed.
They are planning seasons, managing budgets, fighting for survival.
They cannot follow every young artist emerging around the world.

That’s where agents come in.
Not to control access —
but to make sense of chaos.
To see patterns.
To recognize long-term potential.
To connect the right voices with the right stages.

In a system that moves too fast,
someone has to slow it down —
and look properly. 👁️

Not every opera singer is a freelancer.
Some belong to companies.
Some have contracts.
Some even have stability.

But in opera, stability is always temporary. 🎭

Budgets change.
Directors change.
Politics change.
And suddenly, careers change too.

Young artists are taught to be grateful.
Grateful for every role.
Every fee.
Every chance to be on stage.

But gratitude is not protection.
And silence is not professionalism.

At the same time, theatres are fighting for survival too.
They work under enormous financial and political pressure.
They need structure, clarity and trust.

That’s where agents become essential.
Not to create conflict —
but to make the system fair, legal and human for everyone.

The opera world loves to talk about digital freedom.
About visibility.
About access.
About how “anyone can be discovered now.”

But visibility without protection is not freedom — it’s exposure. 🎭

Yes, theatres can find singers online.
Yes, everything is faster.
Yes, everything is more transparent.

But power did not disappear.
It just became quieter.
And much more dangerous for young artists.

In a world that consumes voices like content,
representation is not old-fashioned —
it is resistance.

And this is where agents come in.

Not as gatekeepers.
But as mediators.
As protectors.
As political figures inside a fragile system.

12 Uvas 🍇🍇🍇🎄🥂Feliz año nuevo!!! Happy New year 2026!!

#2026

What a beautiful year! ✨
The year in which we celebrated twenty-five years of marriage 💍.
What a heartfelt celebration with family and friends in Venice — memories we will cherish forever 🥂🇮🇹

It was also the year our daughter Belén graduated 🎓 and made her musical theatre debut in Vienna 🎭🌟.

We enjoyed romantic trips to Asia with my husband 🌏❤️ and our beautiful time in France on the Camino de Santiago 🇫🇷👣.

There were also wonderful professional achievements:
my success as an agent with Sono Artists, and Peter’s first year as Intendant at Oper Klosterneuburg, crowned by the great success of Tosca 🎶🎼👏

And above all, for the moments shared with my wonderful family and dear friends 💕.
How lucky we are to have lived this year with health and strength.
Grateful for life! 🙏✨
