2 girls get asked to help cater a Guns 'N Roses Concert. They meet, they connect, they have so many similarities and the same ethos. Not 'The End'...
My beautiful mate, Ash, who owns a business called chefsnax, (and has also worked in amazing places like Africola and Ondeen) and myself are joining forces to create a beautifully rustic long lunch of 'Wild Foraged and First Nations foods' that shows how much we cherish and respect our land. Seasonally sourced, respectably sourced and cooked with love.

I love where I live. Everything we have in our garden has a story attached to it, a love created by it and a beauty that allows us to sit and soak it all in, in the calmer times.
I started my catering career at Hains & Co, so I have the ornate security screens from our early days, pre bar (Marcus Motteram), the blue door is from my bosses old house, that they were demolishing. We have old tools and shears from my home in country Victoria (Wotjabaluk Country), and traps (decommissioned, FYI, before i get messages lol), from my grandfathers, who was a Fisheries and Wildlife Officer. In amongst that, we sit, we drink and watch the sleepy lizards and bird life go about their business in the safe haven we created for them.
