The last day of the most incredible trip! Thank you to our beautiful friends at SA Arid Lands Landscape Board for having us (where we had the most incredible chats last night with volunteers that were staying with them!) Thanks also to the amaaaazing saltbush Dorper lamb we bought at our last stay at Spear Creek Holiday Park. This I cooked up with Australian Native Food Co. Dukkah Bush Tomato, and Burrata. The absolute best last night!
Thank you to my beautiful husband who patiently takes me to any ‘off the beaten track’ place for food pics, Indigenous art, jewellery, Bush Tucker and for just being my best friend.
Now to get ready for Reconciliation week! Bring it on and we will see there! ❤️🐪🦘🌿🌿

Just a little trip along Oodnadatta Track SA! Popped in to and did a quick cook up with their fresh dates (and found some Samphire and Saltbush!)
The dates palms were planted by the Afghan Cameleers and they produce the most beautiful dates ever! As always, beautiful Salmon by Woodcroft Fresh Fish & Seafood. Uluru tomorrow! 🌿🌿🦘🦘🐫🐫
