Season A - 18 weeks to go - Saturday 10th May 2025

⭐️ENP Fitness Model⭐️

This class always brings a super refined line up of finely tuned muscle tone with sharp conditioning⭐️

Fitness Model needs to be balanced head to toe with great symmetry and lines - wide striated shoulders, hard mid section and well defined quads from the front with a wide v-taper and strong posterior chain with all muscles fully visible and balanced, firm round glutes are a must flowing into slightly separated hamstrings and good calves completes the back ⭐️

Fitness Models will do a TWalk (on stage alone) then will be judged in a group for comparisons.

Overall winner wins $500 cash plus medal, trophy and TIARA⭐️

The winner will also be in the running to win an Elite Pro Card and the Elite Athlete of the Show award of $1000 cash 💰💰

Body Building - the ART of muscle - carving a physique with the aim of bringing perfect symmetry - this takes years and years of dedication, patience and resilience ⭐️

Then comes stage time and it doesn’t matter how good your physique is - if you don’t practice your posing and know all the angles that best show your muscles you could actually miss out on being the best on stage and taking the number 1 spot🥇

You should start your posing practice as soon as you start your prep - being stage fit is soooo important as well as being smooth and flowing in your transitions between poses - as Arnie always said bodybuilding is moving art⭐️

At our Masterclasses you will learn the ART of stage presentation, confidence and put the polish on your performance ⭐️

Body Builders will do 3 rounds
1. Compulsory 60 sec free posing round to your own choice of music
2. Symmetry round via 1/4 turns
3. Compulsory posing round

Our judges judge each round separately and will do many comparisons - so make sure you are stage fit ⭐️

Season B Masterclasses are held every Saturday at 2.30pm ⭐️

Cost is $20 - this money will be used for a get together for our athletes where we give the athletes face to face feedback in a relaxed and friendly environment a few weeks after all shows are finished over a few drinks and nibbles⭐️

This class is the ultimate in individuality - this class is OPEN to all female classes (figure, fitness and bikini)⭐️

This section is judged on who wears the suit best - Marilyn Monroe Style ⭐️

Ladies will come out in a line at the back of the stage - we will call each forward one at a time and they will perform a 20-30 sec routine to show us their style and costume ⭐️

We will then take them through 1/4 turns and our judges will decide WHO wears it best ⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is one of our biggest and most popular classes - so different to all other federations ⭐️⭐️

5.5 weeks to go ⭐️
