The back pose is one of the hardest poses to perfect but when done right it is the ultimate pose that will separate first from second and third✅
It’s important to know how you are looking from the back - the position of your hands and fingers - the tilt of your hips all while ensuring you have your lats activated and not hunched in - it takes a LOT of practice to get it right - so make sure you are getting the right coaching ✅
