A giant love-heart shaped wagon wheel 💝🍫

The one and only V-Day order we decided to take on this year… You may call me cynical, but I’ve never really been a fan of the day… I simply see it as a wasteful holiday that is simply a money grab, especially from big corporations and stores such as coles and woolies 🤷🏼‍♀️

In saying this, I’ll happily make one of these at any other point throughout the year if you want to show someone soecial some love not just on V-Day.

Like always, all orders are picked up from our cafe .cafe and can also be placed directly through our account there 😊

I took the creative liberty of not only just using blue, but creating a beach/water look with the different shades, along with some silver leaf and edible glitter to create a white washed ocean.

Hello!

Just incase you’ve missed all my spam about opening my first shop front - .cafe, here’s another mention!

We had our opening weekend last week and I couldn’t be happier!

Thank you all for being patient with me, as I find my feet running 2 business’s simultaneously.

Both wholesale and custom orders have recommenced and I look forward to making all your upcoming orders!

Pickup will now always be at our shop front (shop 32, central markets) so I can have a clearer line between work and home life 😋💕

GUESS WHAT?!

These cannoli’s are GLUTEN FREE!
Yes you read that correctly, they’re not only vegan, but GF as well!!

The OG cannoli, so chocolate and vanilla custard in a crispy GF shell lined with chocolate and dipped in GF choc chip cookies for extra love 🍪🤤

At this stage these ones can only be ordered on request, but I do plan to eventually have them on offer at the cafe too!

I’m so excited to finally share with you all my newest business venture! Opening a shop front means I get to run both these businesses simultaneously and make all my regular treats more easily accessible.

Along with friendly service, here you’ll find all the regular sweet treats thanks to us here and our very own selection of breakfast and lunch items; perfect for a quick grab n go meal.

Hello from me & this HUGE zucchini 😋

This zucchini, along with a couple pumpkins and eggplants were gifted to me from a lovely retreat guest’s veggie garden over the weekend 🤩

I love catering retreats! Meeting new people and having the chance of cooking and sharing my food with others brings me so much joy. I’m usually in a kitchen by myself, so having guests walk in and greet/thank me for their meals is so nice.

That’s one of the things I’m looking forward to the most with opening my cafe! I’ll be back out the front talking with customers and no one can tell me off as I’m the boss haha 😋

Anyway, I thought I’d pop on real quick just to say thank you to you all and hello to any new followers ☺️☺️

I’ve been super busy organising everything for the new business and working with Nick to get the shop fit all done, that I’m a little exhausted. But with all this said, I’m still trying my very best to stay active on here and of course continue with all your orders. I know I have been a little slower at getting back to you all, but I promise I’m still here, I too just need my space from work sometimes.

So today I’ve finally enjoyed a day off and I’ll be getting back to all your messages/emails tomorrow 🌻🌻

Over 100 handmade fondant daisies were made to create this dainty cake.

Custom Cannolis 🤩🤤

Cannolis are my favourite item on my product list to make! There’s A LOT of steps but I find the entire process somewhat therapeutic. I get to “zone out” and be a little machine, which is very needed when it’s been a long day in the kitchen 😴

I’m surprisingly not a sweets lover myself, maybe because I make them everyday, but in saying that, cannolis are the only item I still eat the leftovers of - they’re just SO GOOD!

Anyway- here we have a custom order of vanilla, chocolate and Biscoff cannolis 🥳

Incase you didn’t know- selling cupcakes is where this little business started!! Before that, I was just a general caterer and food blogger 💕

It feels like such a long time ago now. I started making boxes for family & friends and then decided to bite the bullet and offer them to the public over a Mother’s Day special last May!

It’s crazy to look back and remember how excited (though a little overwhelmed) I was to end up selling 12 boxes over that weekend. I have grown so much and love taking a minute to look back and really appreciate how far I’ve come 😌

V-Day Boxes were a big hit over the weekend! I think doing a combo of sweet and savoury might be my new thing 😋

This was only a small fraction of what went out over the weekend and I couldn’t be prouder!

I’m still only a 1 woman show (besides when I occasionally hire out my sister or recruit my partner to do some deliveries), so seeing my little business grow makes my heart melt.
