Yesterday I had the absolutley honour to cater for my good friend Paul and his now beautiful wife Tam at the stunning property that is wyndbournepark.com.au
30 years of friendship made it easy to set up a beautiful Grazing Table that I knew they would love!! I also was lucky enough to create their wedding cake of choice. A Croque em bouche filled with vanilla and lemon Creme patisserie and dark chocolate Creme patisserie. Decorated with spun toffee and beautiful camellias as a representation of Tam's dad.

It's been a huge day of catering, starting with a delivery of different grazing boxes to Flagstaff Hill for a lovely gentlemen's 80th.
One of my favourite things in life aside from being a Chef and creating delicious food, is people.!
