Wedding Styling and Planning Services for the Modern Couple. I'm here to make your special occasion as perfect as possible with options to suit all budgets.

Hi, My name is Emily and I started Ever After Event Hire as I have a passion for planning special occasions. I love everything about a good party from the endless styling possibilities and colour themes and because of the joy it brings to those in attendance. We offer a DIY service where you can hire any of my available items to style your event yourself. ( HIRE ALBUM website coming soon)

We can

also collaborate with you and offer a full styling/event planning service where all the details big or small are handled for you, floor plans, florals, stationery, furniture hire, lighting etc

We specialise in Weddings and Elopements but we can help bring any event to life. No event is to small or too big, so please contact me for your next event from Baby Showers, Birthdays to Weddings.

How many decisions went into this reception design?

Floor plan design… We went with 3 long tables
Menu choice… shared banquet or alternate drop (we need to design around leaving enough space or not leaving too much space that it looks bare)
Flowers… colour, shape, quantity etc
Candles + Lamps…quantity, size, design
Cutlery…. We used the venues
Glassware….we hired to elevate the design
Menus… shape, size, design, bows
Charger plates…. Size versus the table measurement, design etc
Cloths…size, colour, steaming, quantity & more steaming
Chairs….we straighten them so they sit perfectly

For the champagne tower, we chose a small white stage that complemented our ceremony’s elegant white circle stage, seamlessly blending the beauty of the outdoor ceremony with our vision for the reception.
