Beef Brisket and Marrow bone sauce. A great flavour enhanced with some chili, garlic and fresh basil.

I recommend a minimum of 4 hours cooking time. With some specific steps to prep the meat up before adding to your sauce. This will not only maximise the tenderness of the meat but give you the most amount of flavour and texture.

If you love your pasta, lasagne, parmigiana, etc then this is a must try.

Home made pizza bases as well as ready to cook options. (Just add your favourite fresh toppings and cheese)
