Now that we have everything back to normal, I think it’s time to introduce myself! My name is Jaisse and I am the new owner (since February) of Minnow on Seaview. I have been a florist since I was 17 years old (13 years) completing certificate II & III in Floristry at TAFE whilst in school. I have worked for a few different florists mainly on the East side of the city. I took a break for a few years and just dove straight back into it by buying my very own. It has been an amazing few months meeting all the Henley Beach locals and can’t thank you all enough for coming along with me on this journey ☺️
