In this hands-on workshop, you will create two delicious types of Japanese dumplings.
One is the very popular dumpling style called Gyoza, and the other is a scrumptious treat called Nikuman which is a steamed meat bun!

You will also be creating two different types of fillings to cater for both vegetarians and meat lovers.

💜Intuitive Mandala Drawing Workshop with glass of wine🍷 💜

We are so excited to welcome Alison as our instructor from Alison Russell Art💕

And we are so lucky to have Amanda from wines from Barossa🍇
She'll provide us each glass of wine and after the workshop she'll open the cellar door wine tasting for us🍷 Seriously her wine is amazing 😍

Through this workshop, you’ll learn the basic background of mandalas, the different applications of mandalas (ie: natures mandalas, drawing or creating mandalas using different mediums, etc) and learn how to create a mandala intuitively. If you have some experience you'll be able to learn more up to advanced level😉

Participants will leave the workshop with a completed mandala on a wooden canvas and/or the tools and skills to create their own mandalas at home as a form of meditation.

Participants will be given basic supplies to prepare and complete their mandala, but are most welcome to bring their own pencils, markers and/or paints. Printed materials, such as templates and drawn inspiration, will also be supplied for everyone to use.

Date: Saturday 19th November 2022
Location: Eastwood Community Centre
Running Time: 3 hours (3pm - 6pm)

A glass of wine(white or red) will be supplied. Please bring your own snacks.

🌟Shiatsu Massage workshop for pairs🌟

Date: 26th of November (Saturday)
Time: 3-5pm
Venue: SouthPoint Church of Christ
Cost: $150 per for 2 people

You will both receive shiatsu style massage techniques from qualified and experienced instructor.
Once you've learnt it, you can apply on own your body, partner or family at home 🏠

Through this workshop, you'll learn and practice a seated massage sequence to comfort shoulders, arms and hands (including some acupressure points and how to locate them)

🌟What is Shiatsu?
Shiatsu is a therapeutic form of acupressure, muscle meridian stretching, and corrective exercises derived from Japan.

Shiatsu involves applying pressure to the body using a practitioner’s thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet.

🌟What do you need to bring?
*A pillow
*A hand towel to cover a pillow (one towel per person)

👸Hair styling workshop 👸

A professional Japanese hairstylist will teach us a few extra styling tips using a hair straightener.

Once you've learnt this self styling skills, you can arrange your hair like a pro in no time!

We will accommodate a photo boost and afternoon tea ☕

Instructor info: Mayumi Tait
Professional hairstylist who is qualified and experienced both in Australia and Japan for over 20 years.
She was also a hair salon manager at one of the 15 chain stores in Japan and an owner in Australia, Private Shop Maro.

What to bring: Bring along your own hair straightener, hairstyling brushes
that you may have. We advise not to buy new products as we can assist you with what you already own and supplement with what you don't.
