NCC continues to be reliant on other clubs to provide commissaires which isn't very fair, and our goal for the next crit season is to make a step away from this. We would like to provide one commissaire each week for next season, but to do this - we need some commissaires. If we can get 8 people signed off, that's only one crit every two months you'd have to do - which seems like a pretty reasonable commitment. All commissaires are reimbursed for their time.

RACE CANCEL NOTICE: NCC crits 11.02.25 are Cancelled due to Heat. The forecast is for extreme hot weather late tomorrow afternoon, which is not suitable for setting up, organising and running club racing.

We are making an early call to protect volunteers and racers. All existing noms will be refunded. For more information refer our hot weather policy on the NCC website.

Hopefully we will be back cutting laps next week.

Giant Adelaide are starting up a Thursday morning weekly group ride, aiming to cater for a wide range of abilities.

This will be good training for those in lower grades looking to find a climbing group ride, or some good early paced cafe kilometers for upper grade riders.

The Norwood Cat 3 women brought the heat at Round 5 of the SS last weekend - Aggressive tactics and a relentless pace kept the energy sky-high, as no breakaway had a chance against the strength of this field.

Rebekah powered through to claim victory in the final sprint, holding onto her General, Sprint, and Masters classifications. The team’s cohesion and determination on full display!

As we roll into a long weekend and super series round 5 at our home base - Pakipakanthi let's acknowledge all of our NCC women's cat3 team members who made the journey up to Wallaroo - the only women's grade to race the now infamous Kadina road race in less than favourable conditions!

This year we have eight incredible women riding together - a fantastic mix of newcomers experiencing their first super series and welcoming back some of our much loved & seasoned racers to help guide and encourage our new additions - which makes for a great dynamic.

We are looking forward to seeing how the women go this weekend ... I would love to say home ground advantage but if you race crits in Adelaide .... It's everyone's home ground 😉📢 GO GET EM NCC!

A slightly belated post - but we wanted to acknowledge all the successes of NCC members at the AusCycling Road & Esports Junior and Master's Nationals Championships held in Loxton over the past weekend.

We had riders on the podiums from U17 through to Masters 13 where Kevin Phillips, a (very) long term NCC member and father of current committee member Victor, took home Gold in both the TT and the road race.

Thanks to the AusCycling - SA Clubs and Community crew for bringing the Junior Nationals to South Australia for the first time in decades!

Entries open at EntryBoss. Cycling South Australia winter criterium series at Pakapakanthi/Vic Park this Sunday. CSA will be running multiple grades for men, women and juniors across the morning - giving everyone an opportunity to get racing. Due to COVID-19 restrictions social distancing and good hygiene need to be followed. As restrictions continue to change, event details may be updated in the days leading up to the event.

This prize is amazing! Your choice of the cervelo S5 or R5 frame set in Sunweb livery!
