When you invite us to cater your event, we bring more than good food and service to the party, we bring tradition and experience to the table. Whether offsite or at our new venue our staff will take your event to a new level and your foods will be prepared fresh on location by our Grill masters and Catering Staff or we can home deliver. With menus ranging from wedding receptions, casual buffets to elegant finger food and formal sit-down dinners, we can help you choose the perfect menu, ensuring that your event is one that you and your guests will long remember. We provide you with a selection of gourmet catering and a range of menu options such as: Gourmet BBQ, Spit Roast Meats, Finger Foods, Salads and Desserts.Whether your event is large or small, casual or formal, we are sure we can cater for your needs. Our menus are full of dishes to accommodate common dietary requirements such as gluten free or vegetarian options. If you have a special dietary requirement we are happy to accommodate.

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting this high-energy celebration at our event space—complete with incredible food, non-stop dancing, our signature Shot Cart, and live Lebanese drummers who brought the party to life 🥁💃

We even switched things up with the Prosciutto Bar, served at the end of the night for a unique twist.

What an incredible Saturday night celebrating 21st birthday!

As always, there was no shortage of great food, drinks, music, and of course, a full-on rave—but this time, we even added a little CO2 to the mix, thanks to our new Orlando CO2 Jet!

A huge shoutout to everyone who made the night unforgettable—from the talented photographers capturing every moment to the incredible balloon artist and setup team who brought the party to life.

𝗪𝗲’𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘆.

It’s been a full on start to the year.
Here’s a quick recap of 2025 so far.
Orlando’s has:

- Officially Launched Australia’s premier Event-Space Shot Cart (with even more info coming soon)

- Been catering events seamlessly non-stop, including Weddings, 21st Birthdays, and a couple of engagements

- Served up over 20kg of Gelato

- Eaten some food

- Enjoyed some much needed time off

- Recorded a metric ton of content (including behind the scenes content) - seriously we’ve maxed out 1TB worth of SD cards

- Prepared our next addition to our Event Space ☁️💨

- And have been working on our new website alongside .au

We had the privilege of teaming up with on Christmas Eve for their corporate Christmas Show! The day kicked off bright and early, leading into an afternoon filled with Orlando’s signature dishes: wood-oven pizza, succulent roast chicken & porchetta, and fresh salads—all prepared on-site!

Last weekend, Orlando’s had the honour of catering and celebrating the Marriage of Beth & Rafaelle!

In the past, Orlando had catered many major events throughout Rafaelle’s life, to cater for him and his beautiful brides wedding, is the ultimate compliment and a testament to what Orlando Catering is all about.

The amazing family-owned orchards doubled down as an incredible wedding venue, creating the perfect scene for their perfect day!

We had the pleasure of joining Oreon Partners and for their Adelaide 500 Event over both Friday & Saturday!

Orlando Catering provided:
- On-Site Catering serving up our wood-oven Pizza’s, Fresh home-made Pasta, Roast Porchetta & Roast Chicken

- Our Gelato Cart serving up fresh gelato on-site!

It was a pleasure to be chosen as the caterer for this event, we enjoyed working with Oreon Partners & Chase Finance for this one, and look forward to working together again next year!
