Just a quick reminder.

Friday through Monday inclusive we are not in the office as these are our order days/set up/pack down days.

Our admin days are Tuesday through to Thursday afternoon with a 48 hour turn around time at this crazy busy time of year.

The best way to get an order secure is to place an order request in .

Nearly all jobs can be self quoted online as we have all options except remote site fees online. We can tweak this once an order request is placed.

Priority is given for the bookings falling the current week.

And finally, if it's URGENT, please call us and leave a voicemail and we will get back to you in the early evening.

We had a last-minute request from a dedicated Maid of Honor in need of a marquee for the very next day! Luckily, a cancellation opened up a spot, and after some quick roster shuffling, we made it happen just in time for today.

Just a quick note to let you know, we are completely out of parasols, marquees and event verandas, white chairs, cutlery, neons, candles and florals.
