TaCHs Stroopwafels Our Fresh Dutch Stroopwafels are baked by hand on a hot waffle iron. Just like on the markets in the Netherlands Stroopwafel: (STROPE VAH-Fuhl): N. Syrup Waffle.

To relive the experience of that first stroopwafel we tasted
on the streets of Amsterdam many years ago, we realized
we had to make them ourselves. We created the best recipe we had ever tasted. The secret:
Freshly baked on a hot-waffle iron at the crack of dawn by
using the best organic and local ingredients. A stroopwafel is a cookie made from two thin layers of
baked dough with c

aramel-like gooey treacle filling in
the middle. It’s the perfect breakfast, snack or dessert. They are divine when eaten cold but to really enjoy your
stroopwafel gently place it on the rim of your hot beverage. And now here’s the hard part:
Wait for 3 minutes for the aroma of cinnamon and brown
sugar to rise from the warming cookie. Finally ready one
side will be soft and slightly damp while the other side
retains its crispness. Take your first bite and there is no way back.

And that’s the end of Good Karma coffee bar 😭🤬 my heart is completely broken😭😭😭
Over night someone has broken into our van and stolen EVERYTHING! My coffee machine, my grinder, my eft machine, filter, drinks fridge, till, menu, bags full of coffee, tea, even down to my cutlery draws and empty containers and marshmallows! They knew what they needed to start their own business it seems 😩
This van has been my families only income, and paying off the massive amount of debt we accumulated from having the cafe. We could not afford insurance, stupid I know but we are living week to week trying to keep a roof over our heads. For anyone who knows us, Dan and I both have major health problems and this was my way of providing for my family with doing what I could.

I cannot fathom why anyone would do this! If you only knew the time, the effort, the blood sweat and tears that we have put into this van and this business. This has been my families life for the last two years and just like that it is ripped away from us. Even my kids worked here and earns their pocket money helping me.

To whoever did this, a big f**k you!!!! And karma will come straight to you!
