Dine Catering was established in 2007 by Glen Carr, an award winning chef with over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. Glen’s hospitality experience has been focused on fine dining restaurants in London, Australia and New Zealand. He was head chef of the highly acclaimed Auge Restaurant in Adelaide, leading his team to consecutive Restaurant and Catering Awards for Best Restaurant in
South Australia. Glen has then helped secure another success this time for The Lane Vineyard as Best Restaurant in 2008. Glen now solely focuses on his business Dine Catering which specializes in contemporary European cuisine with an Australian influence, Glen works closely with his suppliers to ensure only the freshest-quality produce is used to create dishes craft to maximize flavour, texture and presentation. Dine offers a diverse range of dining experiences to suit the fussiest of palates from wedding packages, cocktail-style functions, sit down dinners, degustation tasting menu’s (from 5 – 10 courses), as well as or special occasions, boardroom, gourmet share platters served to the table and corporate lunches are all available.
