With over 18 years’ experience both domestically and internationally this South Aussie born chef is taking on a new catering venture. After spending two years staging and working overseas at some of the world’s best restaurants, including Noma Denmark and The Ledbury London, Alastair came back to SA to work at Hentley Farm in the Barossa Valley and most recently was the Head Chef at Longview Viney

Introducing Nomad Catering's Chef, Alastair Raymond. With over 18 years’ experience both domestically and internationally this South Aussie born chef is taking on a new catering venture.
