Geoff Hunt Owner/Operator of Fú Cocktail & Wine Bar is joining Ayers House to present an afternoon of Cocktail glamour. His home away from home, Fú Cocktail & Wine Bar is best known for their experimental and concept driven house cocktails. He is a gifted bartender and purveyor of fine spirits and cocktails with over 15 years experience in the industry.

After your arrival cocktail sit back, listen, learn and create cocktails while savouring tasty share platters from our Chef, Paul Groves.

One of the creations will be a Tommy's Margarita. Resposado Tequila, honey syrup (Geoff's secret recipe) and lime juice,

All cocktail recipes will be available to take home on the day.

We are thrilled to be collaborating with for a premium experience featuring a diversity of champagnes and sustainably produced caviar.

Enjoy six glasses of champagne, four caviar pairings, and five substantial canapés by chef Paul Groves. Paul Groves is the ex-restaurateur of the exceptional venue, Dunberry Lodge in Ireland and was awarded The Golden Chefs Hat Award for being the country’s best chef in Ireland before making Ayers House his home.
