Real wedding ‘Aisle Song’ selections 2024 Part 1️⃣! Save this post if you are having trouble picking that super important song for your special day! 🎶

As we know, music is a wonderful way of personalising your ceremony without a whole lot of words, but so many of my couples have trouble choosing the keys songs in the ceremony, especially the all important aisle song(s) because they feel a lot of pressure to pick the perfect one.

So I have gone back through my ceremonies and compiled this list of aisle songs chosen by my real life couples in 2024.

Georgia + Matt 1.2.25 | A classic ‘city girl’ meets ‘country boy’ love story that started nearly a decade ago when these two found themselves studying physiotherapy at the same uni and they were grouped together for an assignment.

We thank our lucky stars that both their surnames were at the end of alphabet because this footy short and thong wearing Barossa boy and this perfectly styled city girl hit it off instantly once they started chatting.

Matt remembers vividly the moment he first saw Georgia and that feeling of his face turning red, his heart racing and the taps turning on in his arm pits…definitely the most awake he had ever been in a lecture.

They worked out very early on that their banter is absolutely on point, so after that New Years Eve dodgy prawn incident in Cambodia that they have tried desperately to forget they decided they had found a keeper for life…coz there ain’t no coming back from that kind of ‘local experience’.

Matt popped the question on Port Willunga Beach with their mate Stef hiding in the bushes like a stalker to capture the epic ‘yes’ moment on camera.

Obsessed with Georgia and Matt, their story, their people and the stunning day that was their wedding day 💛.

Bray and Michaela approached their wedding planning with an incredibly inclusive mindset and a great deal of attention to detail…11 years together gives you plenty of time to think about your dream day!

And it was spectacular! 🥳

Beautiful details to note…

• Their highly inclusive seperate entrances with a mixed wedding party and ALL of their parents by their sides (not many of us have only two parental figures in our lives so this was a wonderful inclusion). Keep your eye out for a seperate post in this.

• Their vows were stunning and complimented each others perfectly because these two can read one another’s minds well.

• The bride’s mum organised a surprise ‘Guard of Honour’ but with a twist. Michaela is a die hard Calisthenics girl, so bejewelled calli clubs were used instead of swords of course.

• The table numbers were actually the years they have been together with a picture of the two of them from each year.

• All of their siblings were a part of their mixed entourage.

Ash + Brock 30.11.24 | These two could not be more lovely and more grateful to have found in each other, such a kind and loving partner – someone with shared values and beliefs, who agrees that the little things are actually the big things, that the very best of times are whenever they are together and that their doggos, Luna and Grillo, are just the best.

I’ve been BUSTING to share this post with you!!! On Saturday night these two SURPRISED their loved ones during a celebration for Teagan’s birthday with the news they actually got married back in September!

Teagan and Tom wanted to keep things as simple as possible for their nuptials and decided on quality over quantity when they planned a simple yet stunning ‘Elopement style’ ceremony and celebration in the glorious !

There was no skimping on the details with the couple donning a beautiful gown and suit, their small guest list enjoyed live entertainment by and got stuck into a champagne tower post ceremony!

They went with an early ceremony start time, followed by a sweet little photo shoot on Gull Rock down the road, then a beautiful first dance in the garden connected arrived back. Their celebration also included some impromptu heartfelt but quick speeches and a sparkler exit at 6pm.

So there’s two found themselves relaxin on the couch by 7pm!

You know what they say…Start early finish early and everyone wakes up brighter the next day 😎.

Probably can’t say the same for Subday morning hey 🥳😂.

Congratulations beautiful two!!! It was the sweetest of celebrations and I’m so thankful I could share it with you and your loved ones! X
