It’s that time of year! Wedding Open Day is approaching! 🥳

It is sure to be a jam packed and super fun day to showcase this stunning venue and gardens with a heap of our favourite vendors coming along to showcase their incredible talents.

Where:

When: Sunday 14th Sept 25 11-3 (2 sessions available)

Cost: $18pp which includes roaming assorted canapés from our wedding menu and a glass of bubbles on arrival

What: A whole heap of fun with live music, food, drinks and the chance to wander the property to chat with our team and the best vendors in Adelaide!

I’m super pumped to be there again this year! 🤗

This is the dream... when your pup doesn’t eat (or lose) the wedding rings…am I right 😂! Tips for including your doggo in your big day that I’ve picked up from 100s of real life weddings including adorable pooches:

• Keep it chill for your pup, get your celebrant to ask your guests to keep calm during their part to help with any anxiety they might have.
• Hire a dog wrangler, trust me, they're worth it! Awesome pros like and know all the cool tricks, have the BEST treats and they even take your doggo home afterwards so no one has to worry about them or miss out.
• Don't be a hero, if it's hot, keep them cool! I know this goes without saying, but I’ve seen a lot and there’s so much going on in your head on your big day, so if it’s a warmer day make sure they have plenty of downtime in the shade + lots of water of course and if in doubt leave them home in the air con on those super hot days.
• Tire them out before the ceremony! Ask your pup es**rt (pro or not) to arrive about an hour before the ceremony so they can take in all the good sniffs and get the zoomies out before everyone arrives, that way they are calmer during the key parts.
• Keep their role simple, 1-2 jobs max! Ring bearer or snuggles with you two after the kiss or aisle walk then piccies is more than enough for even the most well behaved and ultra trained doggo.
• If all else fails, just take cute pics with them after your first look together or during prep time. 🐶

LIVE! Real wedding ‘Aisle Song’ selections played live in 2024 by some of our favourite local musicians like…









Maybe it was played on your first date, maybe it was a popular song when you got together and every time it comes on the radio it reminds you of that wonderful time when you were falling in love…but for some reason it doesn’t feel ‘weddingy’ enough…well why don’t you get someone clever to play a lovely version of this key song live?

If it’s in the budget, live music can take the vibes to the next level and I definitely recommend booking your favourite musican in sooner rather than later.

I have gone back through my ceremonies and compiled this (albeit short) list of aisle songs chosen by my real life couples in 2024.

I hope it helps you just a little bit…or at the very least I hope it plants a seed and you start your journey down the endless rabbit hole of options while you sip on a glass of wine and dance on the couch with your fiancé.

Hannah + Paul 12.4.25 | One might say that their evolution as a couple was a bit of slow-burn…after meeting at work in the UK it actually took 3 years and Paul taking off to Australia for a year to become a ‘geriatric’ backpacker at the ripe old age 28, before they really worked out what was right in front of them the whole time...

At this point in time Paul was living in QLD and the Aussie sun had worked it’s magic while he had been picking pineapples...and when Hannah had moved back to Radelaide for a short period, this handsome, tanned and clean shaven man just popped into Hannah’s work...

She remembers being taken aback...

“Hang on a minute? Has Paul always been so good looking?”

And that was it, they finally worked it out, they had found their person and their lives were changed forever...

And their beautiful wedding day was an urban dream with a Scottish twist! With a ceremony right in the heart Adelaide on the stunning Armoury Lawns then onto a super cool reception at the .adelaide 😎.
