Mikaela + Franco ➡️ THIS statement piece deserved its own tile on the gram. A HUGE custom designed piece which featured alongside the signage at the church and then aftewards at the ceremony. Sometimes, by adding a statement pot or elevated bowl/vessel, the arrangement reaches new heights- producing that wow factor for your favourite people!

WHATS THAT? ➡️ Pineapple looking flower in there… it’s called ‘Beehive Ginger’. Super cool, unique and loved including this in my baby sprinkle arrangement! Oh and this vessel was a vintage find from an op-shop in Tanunda. Was white but we sprayed it in a blush tone to tie everything in!

• ALAHNA’S Bridal Shower • Here’s a great example of utilizing ‘selected’ feature blooms inside clear glass, simplistic cylinder bud vases. Utilizing varieties in rich and contrasting tones, along with interesting varieties allows for some .

• GABRIELLA’s CHRISTENING • Here are our large silk floral table centres. Ideally suited to rectangular long tables due to their rectangular foam base. If you are wanting a larger floral impact for your event, try adding some larger pieces throughout the middle of your tables, alternating with smaller pieces either side and adding candles for variance. It might sound over the top, but it really is something to consider when you are talking to your florist about colour choices. Think about;
What tones are in your venue?
What is the backdrop of your ceremony? What buildings or architecture surround your venue?
How will the natural lighting vary at different times of the day?

• INFO • On what is possible with silk florals. Well pretty much anything your heart desires! Have an idea? NO problem ➡️💻 get in touch and we can work within your set budget to achieve something fabulous.

I often get people enquiring about silks because they think they are cheaper. Well, this is not always the case. Generally they are cheaper than fresh florals, however to get those incredibly LUSH cloud type towers / standing installations that people see so often, actually requires as s*** TON! of flowers. The silks we use are not just the ones you see at your local discount shop. They are premium and obviously come at a higher price per stem.

So, keep an open mind but work with your florist to set a budget and understand/evaluate your expectations as the booking process continues. 💞

• KATE + HER GIRLS • Kate’s bouquet was lush and textured, asymmetrical and front facing. Featuring roses, hypericum, dahlias, snap dragons, mixed natives and some wattle and blue gum foliages. An addition of burgundy hanging amaranthus set it off nicely. And who can forget, some sprigs of wheat directly from Kate’s family farm as a sentimental touch.
