I want to apologise for the lack of communication over the past month.
Unfortunately, my father passed away unexpectedly the night before then show started. I thought staying busy with our orders and existing contracts would help me cope, but I quickly realised I had taken on more than I could manage.
It became clear that I needed to prioritise my family during this challenging time.
I'm back at work now and focusing on getting things back on track. I’ll start processing the orders that came in while I was away. If you’d prefer a refund instead, just let me know, and I’ll be happy to accommodate that request.

I’ve found it challenging to get back into the swing of things this week, and my passion for making chocolate has waned a bit. It feels like a hard slog, but I'm taking it one day at a time. Right now, I'm not ready to open the shop or face customers, but I’m quietly working through the orders. We're planning to reopen the shop next week, and I'll update you if anything changes.
