It's NO more sleep till our first Le***an Pub Night ... TONIGHT!!!

So come on girls, get your friends together for a great night of socialising, games, cocktails, music and fantastic company ... and games ... see someone you like, then challenge them to a Giant Jenga battle or try your hand at Can Slam.

And of course, it wouldn't be a Pub Night without a Meat Tray Raffle! We've purchased a great bbq tray from our gourmet butchers The Local Meat, so make sure you bring some raffle ticket coin or notes with you!

Ah Friends, we're very sorry that unfortunately we need to cancel our upcoming show as the heat over the last few weeks has flared everybody's chronic illness 🫠

We're right up against Fringe Festival so no new date as yet but we will absolutely keep you all posted. Ticket holders have already been contacted via email with their refunds - please reach out with any queries or concerns.

Before I jump into the events, a HUGE thank you to everyone who donated to Sarah's MS Mighty Swim held this weekend. Her team, the Red Hot Oompa Loompas raised a whopping amount, but stay tuned for Sarah's personal thank you post ...she'll have lots to share including the final tallies, with some great photos too!

Dancing is heating up with the Samba on Tuesday ... now if I could only make my hips swivel and not look like am having a seizure I might nail it this week!

Wednesday it's coffee, hot and strong together with scones fresh and fruity with lashings of great conversations!

Later on Wednesday local legend and mental health champion, Ben Roberts will be back in the house, playing with the wonderful KUKES, led by Sid this week.....stay tuned for the this weeks Song List.

Thursday at Inside Out, why not come and try some of our new board games. I'm keen to try Carcassonne .... anyone keen to join me??

Friday night you're in for some special treats.... It's Valentines Day and all about sharing the Love in the Room.....so come along and hear Cindy-Anne Macdonald and special guests, including non other than our own Sarah on Sax from Diverse-City! Don't miss this night, it's not about romance, but IT IS ABOUT LOVE....

Can you believe January's behind us already???

It may be hot outside this week, but there's plenty of action at DC in the COOL.....so come on in and hang out at our social events or stop by and have lunch...

Great to see our regulars back at Women's Dancing tonight....Julie is patiently teaching us to Samba this week....it's great fun, even if I have two left feet!

Wednesday is our busy coffee morning and we're looking forward to seeing all your smiling faces back from interstate and overseas holidays....Alex has prepared a delicious vanilla bean layer cake, carrot & walnut loaf with cream cheese frosting and of course, plump fresh scones, just waiting to be topped with lashings of strawberry jam & cream.....mmm

Thursday we're ramping up our new DC Boardgames group - you'll find a heaps of new board games, thanks to a very generous donation by Caroline - so come on in and play! Dinner from 6.00pm and games, coffee, bar and desserts till late. We'd also like to welcome our new DnD gaming group who are enjoying the relaxed, well catered playing space at DC.

Just a couple of weeks ago we had our January TransFormations get together and this Friday our regular 1st Friday of the month catchup returns......bring a friend, or be a friend....our trans community really need all of our support - right here, right now!

For our like-minded Kinksters....our Feb Fe**sh Social starts at 6.00pm with dinner till 8.30pm and drinks till close....so pull on that leather or latex despite the heat and hang out at DC - the aircon will be pumping!

Whilst we're all having a social time and sleeping through the night, Sarah and her MS Mighty Swim Team - THE RED HOT OOMPA LOOMPAS - will be clocking up the laps at Unley Pool for the 20th anniversary swim for the MS Society of SA & NT.

All teams swim for 24 HOURS from lunchtime Saturday till lunchtime Sunday!!!!

You don't need to know the steps...Julie will guide you - she's an absolute legend.....wanna lead or prefer to follow......your choice.....if you get tangled up, the world won't end...just enjoy yourself .... great girls, loads of laughs with the opportunity to master dances like the dance of loooove; the Rumba; Rock n Roll, Cha Cha Cha, Chicago Swing or a beautiful Waltz....

Julie will teach you how to dance to these steps to all types of Music, modern pop, sultry, rock, disco....
