Anyone aged 10 and above can get a free flu vaccination at the temple by a trained pharmacist.

Vedic and Cultural Centre of Australia cordially invites you for its first Lalitha Sahasranaama Laksharchana to be held at the Hindu Community Cultural Hall attached to Shri Ganesha Temple, Oaklands Park on Saturday, 19th Oct 2019 from 9 AM to 11:30 AM.

Lalita Sahasranaama is a text from Brahmanda Purana containing 1000 names of the Divine Mother (Shakti) or Goddess Durga, known as Lalitha Devi and is also used in the worship of Parvati, Kali, Lakshmi, Saraswati and Bhagavati.

During the Pooja, devotees will do Archana reciting the 1000 names of the Divine Mother.
