I’m a wedding dance teacher, but also do 1:1 private dance lessons in the comfort of your own home. This is for those who want to feel more confident and comfortable on the dance floor at their next wedding/event/night out, or if you simply want to have fun and learn a few moves! I recently had the pleasure of working with Marina, and she is an absolute gem. Also teaching with this view is hard to beat! 🙌🏼

Helping you prepare for your first dance.

This idea came about when a few couples asked me for guidance with their first dance. They weren’t sure where to start, and being beginner dancers they were considering not having a set wedding dance at all. I helped turn their uncertainty and apprehension into excitement, by working with them to create a dance they loved.

I believe that while a first dance may be a traditional part of wedding celebrations, it’s also a special few minutes when it’s just the two of you, and the wonderful whirlwind of your wedding day is paused so you can truly enjoy being a married couple.

I have 20+ plus years dance experience in ballroom, latin, jazz, tap, ballet, and contemporary (totally fine if you have no idea what type of dancing this is). I’ve worked professionally throughout Australia, London and Asia performing in everything from corporate floor shows, children’s entertainment (including national tours with The Fairies), musicals, and a range of arts festivals (Fringe, Cabaret, Feast). I’ve also worked as a singer and actor in feature films, television commercials and television series.
