Due to some confusion regarding our qualifying pathways and the requirements for Australian ninjas to qualify for our UNAA Comps Australia Asia-Pacific Championship event, we have created a diagram to help clarify the process. We hope this visual aid will be especially useful for those who prefer a more visual approach to understanding the qualification criteria.

We’re rolling out the red carpet for the UNAA Comps Australia Asia Pacific Championships, set to take place at SA Basecamp from November 7-9, 2025! 🏆

This year’s event promises a blockbuster experience, as we are inviting athletes from across the Asia Pacific region to star in this premier competition. 🌏

Qualification Details for Australian Athletes:
• WNAG Events: The top 3 athletes in each division earn their spot in the UNAA CA Asia Pacific Championship. (This year, the top 5 also qualify for the UNAA World Series Finals 2025; next year, only the Top 1 in each division will qualify to Worlds.)
• State UNAA World Qualifier Events: The top 5 athletes in each division qualify for the UNAA CA Asia Pacific Championships. Additionally, the top 3 in each division will qualify for the UNAA World Series Finals for 2026. (For our Western Australia ninjas, the top 5 from the December 2024 world qualifier are invited to the 2025 UNAA CA Asia Pacific Championship.)

For Our Asia Pacific Ninjas:

Athletes from the broader Asia Pacific region can register directly for the UNAA CA Asia Pacific Championships without pre-qualification, as UNAA events are limited in these areas.

Path to the World Series Finals:

The top 3 athletes in each division at the UNAA CA Asia Pacific Championships will qualify for the UNAA World Series Finals in 2026.
