Making stock with a twist. 2 chicken breasts on the bottom which will become lunch meat. Left over veggie scraps which I freeze, but I do add peppercorns and bay leaves. 5-6 hours on high and then strain.

After pasta Alfredo and Carbonara over the last few weeks, I ended up with quite a few egg whites (which I freeze). Let me introduce you to my "Chocolate Egg White Cake". Just sprinkle with icing sugar and you are done.
