When the Dream Team Makes Magic

As a wedding photographer, my job description usually includes "part-time timekeeper" to make sure the day flows perfectly without the couple having to worry about the hustle behind the scenes.

But working with a team like this? It's an absolute dream come true for me!

My three partners in crime....

1. Narda from Phillips Brook Estate - she's not in the photo because she was too busy running around in her signature Rossis - that girls makes things happen!

2. Anna Cameron - Celebrant, who is ALWAYS totally calm, in control, and wonderfully flexible (even when the bride arrived early, LOL!).

3. And Darcy from Events, who took away all of my time-keeping responsibility for the entire celebration - loved that!!!!!

These three make it possible for me to put 100% of my focus on making beautiful pictures and absorbing the real vibe of "Lily and Callum". Knowing I had a flexible team behind me, I could switch up my plan to suit their style. For example, I quickly saw this divine couple was hanging to get back to the party after a few couple portraits, so we switched it up (hence the rapid-fire "5-Sec Frames Relay".

When your vendors work in sync, it is pure magic. And to the other hardworking vendors who helped to bring the "dream into reality" - listed below - thank you for making my job all about creativity and connection, and less about logistics!!!

A little update from yours truly xx

Hi there,
It's been a while!

In work, I'm buzzing! My calendar is full to the brim with epic couples, and any spare time between is spent working with Ross as his glazier offsider. My social media pause continues and while I miss elements of the platforms, I genuinely believe it's created space for richer connections and less brain "noise"! It certainly hasn't been detrimental in my bookings, my couples are still finding me and I thank each and every one of you who has recommended me as a celebrant. It means the world. I have recently tweaked my packages, there's an offering for everyone with prices beginning at just $500, with mid week and off season specials. You can check them out over at my website. My passion continues to lie with sharing couples' love stories, I can honestly say I love my work more than ever!

In life, my fambam are saltier than ever. We were so fortunate to make a beach house at Cheynes our own earlier this year. Every spare moment is spent at our little shack, immersed in our favourite playground, slower, more purposeful moments shared. Togetherness, joy and beauty in our natural world. From our leafy town home, to our sandy track to the beach at the shack, my little family are happy campers.

It's the last week of holidays, I'll be neck deep in games of Bluey Monopoly, motorbike rides, tadpole hunting, chief snack b*tch duties, whale watching and games of eye spy as we trawl the beach for treasure for the next few days. Regular work programming recommences next week, with a most exciting weddo on Saturday! The third sibling from this gorgeous family to marry, and I cant wait.

Thanks for being here, despite my lack of presence in the digital world. I am most definitely well and truly still happily rooted here in all things weddings!
