Ergh. Deleted my last post. My brain is so scrambled today. Scrambled, I tells ya! Trying to figure out where I belong and what I’m made of after one brutal year.

Reminding myself that there are no road blocks or dead ends.. just redirections to where you’re meant to be.

Trust me, I get it. Some days feel heavy, like the clouds just won’t lift. But even on the greyest of days, the sun is still there, waiting to break through. It’s ok to feel low, to take time in the shade, but know that brighter days will always come. You’ve made it through every tough moment so far, and you will again. The sun will shine. It always does. IT’S A GIRL!! 🌻🌻🌻

Congratulations to our amazing instructor .schirmer and her lovely wife Rachel on the birth of their beautiful daughter, Willow Rae!!!! Oh my. So excited for cuddles (many, many cuddles)!!

Sim will be back in the studio in a couple of weeks, so if we start a petition now we should get enough signatures to have her bring our newest Pilates princess in for a visit in the nearish future 🫣😇🤷🏼‍♀️🙏🏼♥️🌻.

Congrats again, Sim. That smile says it all!!!! 🙏🏼💛
