For many of us, Australia is the place we chose to move to—a land of opportunity, natural beauty, and diverse culture. We’ve embraced everything it has to offer, and we are truly blessed to now call this amazing country our home.

It’s a day to celebrate the connections we’ve built, the adventures we’ve shared, and the bright future we’re creating together.

As we gather with our loved ones, let’s also take a moment to honour the Traditional Custodians of this land. Their deep connection to country and culture is an integral part of what makes Australia so special. We pay our respects to their Elders—past, present, and emerging—and acknowledge their enduring legacy.

Today, we celebrate not just where we’ve come from but the incredible journey we’ve had in making Australia home. Let’s cherish this beautiful land and all it offers.

Christmas Mini Mozzarella & Prosciutto Bruschetta!

**Ingredients** (Makes 12 portions)

🍞 12 baguette slices
🧄 1 garlic clove, halved
🧀 6 oz fresh mozzarella, cut into 12 small pieces
🥓 6 slices prosciutto, halved
🍅 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
🌿 12 small basil leaves
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil

**Instructions**

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet & lightly toast.
2. Rub each slice with garlic & brush with olive oil.
3. Top each slice with a piece of mozzarella, half a slice of prosciutto, & a cherry tomato quarter.
4. Bake for 5–7 minutes until the cheese softens.
5. Garnish each with a basil leaf & serve warm. Perfect for individual Holiday portions.

What a thoughtful surprise to wrap up the school year! A beautiful breakfast box and sweet box made their way to Wellington Point School this morning as a heartfelt thank-you from one of the mums. 💕 Such a lovely gesture to show appreciation for all the incredible teachers who go above and beyond for our kids. I’m sure it brought smiles all around!
