As December peeps above the walls to see what November proffers, a light rain descends upon the blooms abundantly on offer. Pink peony hydrangea and roses tall. Carnations, broccoli and ranunculas blend with pearl studded pears that’s so on trend. A tambourine to shake the evening up with kisses from the loving cup. A magic carpet ride completes the night. Tomorrow’s day sunshiny bright who spun lead into gold putting it all in place creating a Persian taste. Musicians , cameras, and frantic bride and groomsmen trying not to hide. Umbrellas giving a blurry screen of raindrops in a steady stream as summer starts goodbye to spring as she departs

COOL GREEN… when it is 43 degrees outside… you want to paint but”en plein air” is not possible.. you have Instagram. Thank you to all the wonderful photographers who keep us enthralled and alive with our creative juices flowing. This is Provence.. my fave haunt… and I wish I was there sipping a rosé under a wide umbrella in one of her fabled villages . Next year when I can escape the Aussie winter and capture the beauty that is everywhere in this glorious part of France 🇫🇷
