The Gallery Piano Bar returns in April with award winning vocalist Emma Pask! Emma has firmly established herself as one of Australia’s favourite voices in Jazz. Her effortless, honest stage presence combined with her powerful vocal ability, leaves audiences spellbound and inspired whenever she takes to the stage. Emma will be accompanied by a pianist, on the Town Hall's beautiful baby grand piano.
These evenings are an intimate experience with limited tickets available for each performance, seated amongst some key artworks from the Ararat Gallery TAMA Collection.
Ticket holders are invited to join us for drinks in the Ararat Town Hall foyer bar from 4.30pm.

Acclaimed guitarists Slava & Leonard Grigoryan have expanded their creative output by crafting and recording the soundtrack to the award-winning movie ‘A Boy Called Sailboat’.
This heart-warming movie, written and developed by Melbourne-based creative team Cameron Nugent and Andrew Curry was filmed in New Mexico and stars Academy Award® winning actor J.K Simmons, Noel G, Elizabeth De Razzo, Jake Busey, Lew Temple and Julian Atocani Sanchez in the title role.
The Latin-themed soundtrack is a key element to the movie and provides an opportunity for audiences to hear the Grigoryan Brothers like never before.
90 min film screening with live soundtrack performed live by the Grigoryan Brothers, followed by a 20 min Q & A with the film’s writer/director Cameron Nugent.
