Saturday 8th June is our next Gallery Piano Bar event 🍷 In collaboration with Ararat Gallery TAMA we welcome back Nat Bartsch!

Melbourne pianist/composer Nat Bartsch will perform her ARIA-nominated album ’Hope’. Released in 2021 on ABC Classic, Hope is an abbreviation of hopefulness and hopelessness, responding to the Black Summer bushfires and long COVID lockdowns in Melbourne. It is an immersive and cathartic listening experience. Nat will be joined on stage by the Ballarat-based Amber Duo: Lucy Price and Sarah Nieuwkerk.

Hope creates the space for us to collectively acknowledge all we endured through 2020/2021, but also be left with a sense of quiet optimism. It is arrestingly beautiful, gentle piano music that has wide appeal to different audiences.

These evenings in the Gallery are an intimate experience with limited tickets available for each performance, seated amongst some key artworks from the TAMA Collection.

→ Saturday 8th June 2024, 7.30pm - 8.30pm
→ Limited seats available, tickets available via our webite: https://ararattownhall.com.au/event/hope/
