Mark your calendars and SAVE THE DATE - 13TH APRIL 2025

We are excited to announce the dates for the 2025 New England Wedding Showcase - the showcase will be held on Sunday 13th April 2025 at the main pavilion at the Armidale Showground. We are looking foward to bringing you a great line up of amazing vendors from our region to help you have your perfect day!
We are also looking to include a few new things in next years expo so keep you eye's out for more information as its released.

Vendor applications will open in November 2024, but if you would like to get on the waitlist please let us know!

Can't wait to see you in April!

That's a wrap!! what an epic day! We wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to all our vendors, all those who attended the Showcase, we hope you were able to connect with some of the amazing vendors who can help make your wedding dreams come true and all those who volunteered their time to help with the day in any way - THANK YOU! we couldnt have done it without all of you! The final numbers are still coming in but we have raised over $3500 for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service!

Our major raffle was drawn on the day and the winners will be contacted to arrange their prizes

Parking is available at the front of the showground on Dumaresq Street, and then follow the signs to the main pavillion to find your dream day inspiration and those that can make it come to life🧡

It's nearly Here!! and for those who are attending the New England Wedding Showcase TOMORROW - here's some important information

TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR $5pp, under 16yo Free

*Doors Open at 10am, and the Showcase concludes at 2pm

*Parking - Along Dumaresq Street or inside the main entrance to the Showground, then follow the signage to the Pavilion

*Tickets - If you have pre-purchased tickets you will just need the name they were bought in

*Raffles - We have an absolutely amazing raffle running and tickets are only available for purchase on the day - we will have Cash and EFTPOS available

*Beverages - Our fabulous Mobile Bars will be selling a range of non alchoholic drinks on the day

*Other goods for sale - some of our amazing vendors will have items for sale at their stalls as well
