Hi Everyone 🥳

First of all we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of you for your constant appreciation and good luck wishes. Your support means the world to us and we couldn't have reached this milestone without you.

We also want to apologize for any inconvenience and delay caused during this period as we were in the process of moving. Your patience and understanding truly touched our hearts and we cannot thank you enough for that.

Yesterday was our last day at our old location and what a mammoth effort it was to vacate. As we were packing, we couldn't believe how much we had accumulated over the years. It was a wake-up call for us to de-clutter and get rid of unnecessary things.

However, amidst all the chaos, one thing remained constant - our excitement for this new chapter. We are thrilled to continue providing exceptional balloon decor services to all of you.

We would like to request your support and understanding once again as we set up our home business. It may take some time for us to fully settle in and get everything up and running smoothly. Nonetheless, we promise to keep you updated on our progress.

In the meantime, if you need any balloon orders starting from Tuesday 12th March, please do not hesitate to send us an email or message us on Facebook.
We will make sure to respond to your enquiries as soon as possible.

We are truly grateful for your unwavering support and can't wait to help you celebrate with our balloons at your next party! Without you, none of this would have been possible.

March 1st 2024 is a very important day and a very sad one.

It’s the date our lease ends and after having brick and mortar stores for the last 21 years we have decided to close this shop.

Coming to this decision has not been easy and it comes with a mix of emotions as we have loved meeting and chatting to so many people and of course making your parties happen.

On that note - Thank you to all our loyal customers for your continued support over the years. It has been an incredible journey and we are grateful to every one of you.

Although we are closing the shop, DON’T PANIC!!!

We are not closing the balloon side of our business......Instead of operating from a shop we will be creating our balloon decor from our home.

Unfortunately our party hire side - chairs, tables, crockery etc will be sold so bookings will not be accepted going forward. Confirmed orders will still be completed.

Our party supplies will still be sold online through our website or through our eBay store.

We will still inflate balloons whilst packing up but no deliveries will be available in the last two weeks of February as we need to make good the premises.

Once we have shifted and everything is in place we will update our website to make it easier for you to select your balloon designs.

The phone number and email address will not change at this stage.
