To my cherished clients, customers, friends, and my valued team,
As I reflect on the incredible journey of Vintage Rose Event Hire, Tearoom and Event Space, my heart is filled with gratitude for the support and encouragement I have experienced over the past 9 years. Thank you.
In 2023, after much contemplation, I made the decision to embark on a new path, one that embraces a slower pace and grants me more moments with my loved ones. It wasn't an easy choice, for Vintage Rose has been a labour of love and dedication for so many years.
I had really hoped to pass the torch to someone and see this vibrant venture continue; however, fate had a different plan. A few months ago, an event hire business in Townsville acquired most of our event hire stock, merging it into their own inventory. And as of this month, the Vintage Rose Event Space will be in the capable hands of new owners who will weave their own dreams and aspirations into its fabric. I extend my heartfelt best wishes to both parties for their future endeavours, wishing them every success.
The eternal lover of all things vintage, I've retained a handful of pieces I truly cherish and will be offering them for hire in the future. Stay tuned for updates.
This transition stirs a mix of emotions within me. I've valued every moment, from being a part of your milestones and celebrations to collaborating with remarkable individuals, many of whom I proudly call friends and family. It's been an honour beyond words.
As I turn the page to this new chapter, I look forward to some much-needed respite, weekends filled with family and friends and having time to stop and smell the roses.
To all of you, from the bottom of my heart, I extend my sincerest gratitude for your unwavering support, encouragement, and friendship over the years. You have made this journey immensely meaningful and one I will proudly reflect on for years to come. Thank you all so much.
