Floral Couture Atelier has been created from my unrivalled passion for all things floral. Nothing excites me more than working with beautiful blooms & designing florals truly unique to suit your own individuality. I have been in the floristry industry for almost 2 decades and I have enjoyed and cherished numerous opportunities from having many designs published in

high profile magazines, managing prominent city stores & travelling to New York to work with internationally renowned celebrity florist “Preston Bailey” – this was truly magical and a dream come true. Floral Couture Atelier is a home based studio situated in Highbury Park, Baldivis Western Australia. I am so truly blessed to have the support of my husband to allow me to do what I do best from our home. Wedding consultations are hosted in my private meeting room on Thursdays, Fridays ( when events permit) and Sundays these are strictly appointment only. After hour appointments are available on Thursday nights & weekends when not allocated to weddings. I also offer a consultation once a month hosted at dome in Subiaco to meet my north of the river brides whom find Baldivis a little too far to travel and would like to catch up over coffee. These free of charge services run for about an hour where we will discuss all your floral dreams and create something truly magical to suit your own individuality. All designs are custom made to fit your theme, colours, and budget if required. I love to create everything and anything in floral design so if it has flowers or foliage I would love to create it for you.

Trust and Clear understanding of a vision is sooooo important between Couples and their Floral designer. This is why I always meet either online or in person with my couples prior to quoting as well as two months prior to their wedding to make sure I have a clear understanding of what their dream flowers are! This is quite important as we are working with seasonal availability, perishable goods and especially in Perth Importation of our Blooms! You may have your heart set on something but Mother Nature or Quarantine Failure may have Other thoughts for you! This is why it’s so important to understand your vision to a T as we have to problem solve in these instances all keeping your vision as the goal! J & S are the perfect match to each other but also to me as their chosen floral designer as they had full faith in my skill and ex*****on and that in itself is where the magic really set in to creating their dream flowers!!

My Brides bouquets are created to be photographed from all angles. Yes, they still have a back, sides and front but there will always be special moments created throughout the whole design putting less pressure on my bride to make sure she holds its correctly as we all know you get caught up in the moment and won’t be constantly focusing oh how your holding your bouquet. This is why my bouquets tend to be on the higher end of stem counts averaging between 25-40 stems depending on overall design. This amazing photography by is a perfect example of how much thought goes into all angles when designing the star of the flower show the Brides bouquet ✨

Hello to all my new followers! Let me introduce myself. My name is Chiara but most whom are close to me call me Chi. I’m even an Auntie Chi to some pretty special nieces and nephews.

I’ve been in floristry for over 2 decades & in weddings just a couple of years less as I quickly discovered that wedding work was where my passion and skill set lays. I love LOVE & am a total romantic at heart and have always loved a good rom com! I am a big foodie with a massive sweet tooth which i wish I could turn off sometimes 🐽 Especially as my husband is a bad influence on me when it comes to sweeties 🤣 luckily he is a fifo worker so I can try and be good again when he flys back out to work.

I married my husband in Thailand in March 2020 ( yes by the skin of our teeth did it go ahead with covid ) on our 11 year anniversary and after a 5 year struggle with infertility we finally became parents last year to a beautiful, very energetic little boy. I have obviously been a little quiet on here with learning the many hats in motherhood so took a step back to cherish these moments we fought so hard for but, as I am someone whom loves to work and needs to be amongst the flowers I still accepted a handful of weddings for this year. I’m so excited about this coming seasons beautiful couples & getting to create their wedding vision!

I will be continuing to only accept a handful of weddings each year to make sure I can still be present with my son especially whilst he is so little and with my husband often being away working, as wedding work is very demanding & I am someone whom needs to gives it my all & treats every wedding as if it was my very own! I am so lucky to have the support of my family to be able to do what I do best with some of them even helping me behind the scenes with set ups & flower conditioning or caring for my son whilst I get my floral fix. They truly are the greatest!!!

Unfortunately I’ve reached my maximum acceptance of weddings for this year however I still have availability for next year should you be needing some beautiful flowers! Another snap of the flower Pillars I created for my baby shower 🤎🤍🤎 I am now officially on Maternity leave as all quotations have been emailed out today! I will still be checking my emails from time to time but my notifications will be off so I can take some time to myself in the lead up to my little man’s arrival shortly! No more consultations or quotations can be done until my return from maternity leave but all prebooked & pre-quoted weddings and events will still be receiving my correspondence when I have a chance.
