A few spots have become available in each of our native flower farm workshops this next Friday 28th and Saturday the 29th July from 1-4pm at our farm near Balhannah in the beautiful Adelaide Hills!! (which are looking an absolute picture at the moment!! 😃)

Mother’s Day is just around the corner!! And we have the perfect gift idea scheduled for the Friday following Mother’s Day. We are collaborating with The Local People Co for a creative day out at our Kidman Flower Farm in the Adelaide Hills.

The first half of the day you will be working with clay, learning from Mandy Scanlon the skills needed to create a beautiful vase and pinch bowl.

Then after a picnic lunch we take you on a guided walk through our native flower plantation to see the flowers growing.Then, with a glass of bubbles in hand you get to sit back and enjoy learning a few tricks of the trade with Ange Kidman on how to make your own native flower bouquet to take home.

To begin we get creative and sculpt a vase and a pinch bowl with a Flow State clay Handbuilding workshop with Mandy from the Fleurieu based The Local People Co.

Enjoy a picnic lunch overlooking sweeping views of the Adelaide hills. Then Ange from Kidman Flower Company will take you on a guided walk through her 30 acre native flower plantation where you see the native flowers growing. Then, with glass of bubbles in hand, get involved in a bouquet making masterclass where you learn a few tricks and tips and then make your own native flower bouquet to take home.

Ticket price includes:
Clay, use of tools, firings and glazing of your vase and pinch bowl, picnic box lunch, a guided plantation walk, a big beautiful native flower bouquet and a complimentary glass of Artwine Rose Prosecco.

It’s a great day we have planned enjoying some hands-on creative making in a truely magic spot in the picturesque Adelaide hills!

Howdy all!!
Just to let you know (and possibly to tempt you🤩😆) We are running a very small workshop on a flower shed picking/processing day so you can get amongst it!
On Thursday, 8 July from 1 until 4 pm.

We are keeping the group small at six but still have room for three more.
