It's been a busy year here, and we got a little slack at sharing what we've been up to 😁

But we're back! We've had some amazing events so far this year and we can't wait to show you what we've been creating 💪

Our team has worked incredibly hard this year and will be taking a very well deserved break until January 2nd, ready to take on the 2024 events calander with the same enthusiasm and dedication they always do.

We are so grateful to our clients for the opportunities they give us to create the infrastructure for such a wide variety of events throughout the year - you are a joy to work with 🥳

This week some of the team are starting to set up the Bicycle Network Great VIC Bike Ride, which kicks off this weekend in Orbost (for the first time in 25 years!). Winding along the Snowy River, through Gippsland, and finishing up at Wonthaggi, this is a fantastic event for all ages 🚴

As a rolling event, one crew will go ahead and make sure everything is set up for the riders coming in for the night (we hear there’s food trucks, live music, 2 bars and excellent camping), whilst the second crew packs down from the night before and gets ready to do it all again the next day. A mammoth effort for planning and ex*****on!

💜 October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month and as a part of remembering the babies, infants and children lost, Sands Australia run A Walk to Remember events across the country throughout the month.

It was our great privilege to support the first Ballarat Walk, held today at Kirk’s Reservoir. As bereaved parents and siblings, to come together with so many other families to remember and honour our loved ones was both beautiful and heartbreaking, and we are deeply grateful to have been a part of it 💜

Position available for a general laborer in marquee installation

We are looking for people to join our team in a casual position, with a full time role for the right person.

About the position
We are a Ballarat based events company specializing in marquees, we service all types of events across Victoria including music festivals, sporting events and ag shows.

This role will involve some staying away.
We are looking for somebody willing to jump in and have a go. Forklift and truck licenses would be highly regarded but not essential.
