Hello and welcome to A Bite To Remember!
My name is Jan and through this page I want to share my passion for the "High Tea Experience".
As kids dressing up in mum's good clothes and heels, sharing a tasty treat and a cup of tea out of nana's beautiful cup saucer and plate sets. As adults off to a grand dining room sharing a tiered platter of bite size gourmet delights and a glass of bubbles.
We remember the times, the food, the friends and the experience. It's that moment in time I wish to re-create, but minus the travel, so that you can share this experience with a group of your friends within the comfort of your own home. I will cater, set up, serve and clean up. Whatever the occasion we can adapt a theme to provide an experience to be shared and always remembered.
