Good afternoon to all of our amazing followers! Tonight myself and the team will be down at the brand new Ballarat Food Truck Festival, we are so very excited to help kick start this amazing event!

We have also updated our Menu with a few alterations, this weekend we have also added our Charcoal Chicken in exchange of our Shredded Lamb, just to add some variety and 'test the waters'.

So come down to Morshead Park tonight, for some amazing eats and stay for the huge array of kids activites and entertainment!

Thats another successful Ballarat Nightlife Market in the bag!

A massive thank you to everyone who came out to the City Oval for the Christmas Spectacular, today was the perfect day to wrap up the year!

The Christmas Spectacular is still going strong and running until 8pm tonight, so even though you have missed out on Wagyu Brisket you have not missed the rest of the incredible stalls and kids activities!

Only a few days left until the biggest Ballarat Nightlife Market of the year! This weekends Christmas Spectacular Market is going to be huge!

With over 180 stall holders and 30+ food and dessert trucks what better way to spend your Saturday night then surrounded by amazing local products and eats!

This will be the last time for 2024 that you will be able to get your Brisket fix, so make sure you make it down to the City Oval from 1pm until 8pm or you may have to wait until next year!

Tomorrow morning the team will be back down at Morshead Park for the Ballarat Sunday Market, with our Loaded Toasties, and Loaded Canadian Hashbrowns!

The market itself is running from 10am until 2pm, due to a private catering event, the team only be there until 12pm so make sure you get in early so you don't miss out!
