What a great turnout for the first annual Ballarat Marathon!

We had the amazing opportunity to be a part of this event, providing some marquees and furniture for the wonderful organisers, volunteers and medical team.

With our peak season quickly approaching, we’re wanting to start getting staff acclimated to our business model and job structure.

- Delivering furniture
- Building marquees
- Working on event sites

- Driver’s license (essential)
- Forklift license (not essential but highly regarded)
- Physically fit as our work requires a lot of moving, carry, and lifting bulky and heavy items
- Team attitude. We are open to hearing everyone’s input and feedback!

Hi everyone!

We have been in the slow process of rebranding and are so pleased to announce that we are officially Ballarat Event Hire!

We took over at the end of 2022 and have been working a lot behind the scenes to get this business up and running, to provide fresh, new options to Ballarat and surrounding areas.

We have ranges for weddings, parties, corporate functions, and more. While we still have a lot to work through and get done, we are happily servicing all the jobs we can!

We are moving on to a HAPPY retirement
The business will be in great hands with a new owner and they will take over existing orders
Would like to thank all of our loyal clients over the past 33 years
We have covered birthdays then weddings then 21st birthdays then even weddings again all in the same family
I have loved every minute ....but it is time to enjoy my beautiful grand children and have more time for holidays.

New marquee erected last night for more testing in areas that are showing outbreaks of Covid 19

Such uncertain times in the Event Industry. BUT we are still operating and available 24/7. Our office is manned Tuesday Wednesday Thursday but we are available by phone at any time. We are taking appointments for other days if anyone would like to discuss an event that they are planning for in the future.
Our guys have been busy erecting marquees for Frankston Hospital . We also have marquees at McCains and Warnambool Hospital where they are helping to test for Covid symptoms and trying to keep a check on the spread.

Do you see the light at the end of the tunnell ?
If we can continue with our current progress, keeping the cases of Covid 19 to a minimum, it appears that holding smaller weddings, and functions in general, may look promising in the near future .
It may be that some changes need to be made, to allow for social distancing. We are more than happy to assist with any plans that you may have moving forward
Marquee weddings can provide adaptable spaces to comply with the regulations
Fingers crossed for all of our Brides and Grooms, and hope that plans can start to come together, whilst still complying with the restrictions that will be in place.
