Overwhelming through the lockdowns, the number one sorrow of all the brides and grooms was not having their family present. Our families were the ones who generally shape HOW we love. It's only fitting that the people who formed you the most in life be present on the day you begin your own family.
The story of Clemens and Clare is not only so deeply rooted in the church, and schools, and faith they grew up with. But more than any other wedding I've attended, their story is so interwoven through their families.
Two families, with differing histories, different ethnicities.
But for the few differences are an underlying array of vastly more powerful similarities. In faith, in belief and in the importance of family.
For the parents of the bride and groom, On top of the joy felt from seeing their child start their new life with their new family I think there is also a warmth that comes from knowing they too will be welcomed.
That all the traditions and beliefs will go on, and turn into new and more beautiful ones.

“I never thought marriage was going to be something for me, and I'll be honest, the thought was quite distant in my mind.
For me to get to this point in my life has been a personal journey.
And I'd marry you over and over again today.”
In lockdown I've been binge watching a lot of How I Met Your Mother. I know the characters aren't real but I do believe that there in the 9 seasons reveals a microcosm of people's growth or how they change over time. That one day, 'I don't want to get married' can suddenly turn into 'this was the best day of my life.'

Life is full of surprises, the best things happen unexpectedly. Who would have thought our crushes from first year would turn out to be our true love?
In the way COVID has taught us to be ready for the unexpected, love keeps teaching us to also be ready when the ones comes along.

Raph and Sarah Wedding Highlights
There’s only so much we could squeeze into this highlights video of this beautiful marriage of Raph and Sarah.
As many would say, words are not enough to describe the joy we all felt in the church when these two tied the knot.
In 2020 we all went through a roller coaster of emotions, but to come to the end of the year capturing this momentous occasion was just pure bliss.
Thank you so much for having us on your special day, we can't wait for what's in store for you both in the future.
Much love,
The team at Captured Frames
