A reminder that all dates remain open until I confirm with you that your event is in my calender. An enquiry about availability and "I'll get back to you" does NOT hold your booking. Others may swoop in whilst you are still deciding. If this occurs I will do my best to let you know but I do recieve alot of enquires only & delete these after a couple of weeks.

At the moment I do not request a deposit for bookings but do request clear, honest communication. Holding a date for you means saying no to others so please ensure your ready to book when enquiring if you would like to secure it straight away. ♡

🌿🌿 Who is Face Painting with Katie? 🌿🌿

Hey. I'm Katie. A bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teacher of 17 years and a mum to Lucy (4) who has a little side hustle of Face Painting. I've had a pretty big influx of new on this page so I thought I would introduce myself.

Just over 12 months ago, after years of encouragement I took the leap to start accepting Face Painting gigs. As a Kindergarten teacher I would bring out the paints on a rainy day for some extra fun for the children, and have now turned this into a small business.

I absolutely adore children. I love the smile and moments of imaginative play that Face Painting brings to them. The moment when they see their reflection and their whole face lights up with the biggest smile. It's honestly so rewarding to be such a fun part of their day.

I'm a registered teacher with 17 years if experience around children. I have experience with a range of needs. I know when to take a little extra time for a child who may need it and absolutely respect any child's right to say no to Painting at anytime, for any reason. I have public liability insurance and provide all my own equipment. I'm located in Barooga and I'm happy to travel to other towns to paint, but this does mean you will need to take into consideration a travel fee.

I do Birthday Parties, Shows, Fetes, Markets, Community Events and much more. Send me a message if you have any questions or you would like to know if a date is available! I have had a big influx of bookings so get in quick to avoid. I dont ask for a deposit for your booking, just honest communication. I also work alongside other local Painters for group events or to connect you if I am unavailable.

Peace out! We are off the Queensland this week, then some adventures over the school holidays. I'll post some available dates up for Aug - Dec in late July... October is looking pretty full with 6 booking already, with a few in the other months. PM me asap to secure a date for your event!

Cobram Toy Library ♡

I'll be volunteering my services to promote the new location of the Cobram & District Toy Library.

In a world where prices are continuing to rise, why not save some money, be sustainable and join the Toy Library. Your child/children can borrow "new to them" toys, and then return it for something new. The new location is right at the park, the perfect location really.

I look forward to seeing some of you there!
