🏡 About us: The Basket Range War Memorial Hall is one of the last community-owned halls in the Adelaide Hills. As a resident of Basket Range, you're automatically a custodian of this invaluable asset. Our small committee of residents works to maintain the hall and its surroundings.

🌟 Why join us: Being part of our committee means being part of a welcoming and relaxed group. We value everyone's unique skills and contributions, and there are no strict time commitments. We communicate primarily online and meet up as needed.

🤔 How to join: Interested in joining us? Email [email protected] or come along to our AGM next week!

❓ Questions: Wondering how much time you'll need to commit? There are no set requirements! Our committee members contribute varying amounts of time based on their availability and expertise.

🚨 Urgent Community Notice 🚨

Dear community,

It is with a heavy heart that we share unfortunate news. Last night, vandals targeted our local hall and CFS station, removing all chains and padlocks meant to deter such incidents. Additionally, they vandalized the CCTV cameras, making it even more challenging for us to ensure the safety of our community.

We urge everyone to remain vigilant. This act of vandalism not only harms our community spirit but also hinders our efforts to make positive improvements to our local hall and CFS station.

We need your help! If you have seen or heard anything that could assist us in identifying those responsible, please come forward and contact us. This senseless theft and vandalism not only impact our community but also disrupt the essential work of our dedicated CFS volunteers.

Let's stand together against these actions and work towards a safer, stronger community. Your cooperation and assistance are invaluable in ensuring the well-being of us all.

🔒 Hall Update: Keeping Our Community Safe! 🔒
Hey neighbors! 🏡 We've made some changes around the hall lately to address the rise in vandalism and anti-social behavior during the evenings. 🌙 To tackle this issue head-on, we've added chains to the unmistakable bollards. 🚧 These will be locked during times when access is not needed, helping us create a safer environment for everyone.
Let's work together to curb unwanted behavior and keep our community a welcoming place for all! 🤝 Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Sunday is close and preparations are in full swing We are super excited to be seeing so many people there. Any spare tickets will be available at the door but we really appreciate you purchasing your ticket in advance!
