We're opening up a few Summer Contracts for Junior Staff. These are 3 month contracts in our peak season, designed to help the business with basic tasks whilst also giving kids aged 15 to 17 a chance to do some work and gain some work experience. They will get 1 to 2 shifts per week dependent on how they perform.

Payment is per the award, casual rates. Everything's above board, just you are applying for a short term contract role.

We will complete interviews in the next week, and look to provide a trial shift to suitable candidates. If the junior can take instruction, is happy and does a good job on a trial shift, they will likely be offered a 3 month Summer Contract.

Even if not successful, this is an opportunity to go through the job application process. Practice makes perfect 👌

If the junior turns out to be a bit of a gun, they will be consdiered for ongoing employment with our business.

This season we've been running the Emerald Football & Netball Club Canteen for Netball home games at Pepi's Land in Emerald. Something a little bit different for us today, we're down in Officer for the Junior Football Club practice match Bonanza! 4 grounds, hundreds of kids all completing practice matches today.
