WILLOW FAIRY /

The prettiest pale pink Pompon you ever did see

I first fell in love with the tiny Pompon dahlias when my beautiful friend sandalwood_and_sage_florist used them in my very own bridal bouquet

Our wedding heavily featured dahlias that we grew ourselves along with the tiny Pompons that were a special gift from a friend

I now grow 9 different varieties of Pompons, all of which I love dearly

FLORELIE ANGOSTURA //

Starting the year off strong with one of my absolute favourites, Florelie Angostura

This gorgeous ball type dahlia was bred by florelieseasonalflowers and released onto the market in 2020

While primarily orange in colour, this dahlia throws speckles of peach, pink and white at random on the same plant, making each bloom a surprise; uniquely different but equally beautiful

Excellent cut flower variety

Both grown from similar sized tubers yet each one incredibly unique and stunning in their own right

Just one of the many reasons why I fell in love with dahlias 🦢✨

Our original dahlia beds have burst into bloom this week and I couldn’t be happier

It is always so exciting when the flowers first begin for the season and seeing who will be the first to open… this year the race was won by Seagull, closely followed by Cerise Rosebud, Croles and Cafe au Lait

Ze Bon Boopa

This beautiful dahlia sold out in record time this season so you’ll be pleased to know we’ve updated our stock and just added the very last tubers of Ze Bon Boopa to the website

We’ve also added our “Ugly Duckling” tubers to the website - They might look a little odd but they will produce gorgeous blooms this season and for just $6.00 each they’re a bargain!

Delivery - We are now offering delivery to Armidale. Our first delivery is available this Tuesday 12th November (please order before lunchtime Monday to guarantee Tuesday drop off). Following on Armidale deliveries will be sporadic over the next few weeks, if you require your order by a specific date please choose the shipping option

Tubers can be planted right up until Christmas and still produce flowers and additional tubers this season

BRACKEN PALOMINO //

I may be a little biased but I’m a big fan of Bracken Palomino and her gorgeous peachy tangerine hues

The perfect shade of orange, Bracken Palomino combines beautifully with bright pinks and yellows for a burst of colour or softer, more pastel shades of blues, whites and blush for weddings and events

She’s also a workhorse and pumps out those big beautiful blooms all season long

MISLABEL // This gorgeous cactus type dahlia has entered my collection by accident… it was purchased last year labeled as a different dahlia but along came this beautiful soft yellow cactus instead. I’m not at all unhappy about it, call it a happy little accident if you will. I love it so much that I divided and replanted it this season. I’m still working on identifying it however… It reminds me of the delicious creamy lemon butter that my Nan made for us as children and served on warm toast for afternoon tea.
