If no deposit has been received, the selected date and time is not guaranteed and will still be available to other customers. Should Grazing in Comfort have to cancel at any point due to a problem on our behalf, a full refund will be provided on all money paid. A refund or part refund will be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT POLICY:
Should for any reason you need to postpone your event, please contact us immediately, noting that the new requested date may not be available. We will endeavour to accommodate you wherever possible. All monies paid will be transferred to the new date without a penalty if your new date is available. If the new date is unavailable and a refund is requested this will be to the total of 50% of the order only. DELIVERY (where applicable):
You are responsible for ensuring that the venue is open and available for set up at the appointed time. We do require a mobile number upon accepting booking for delivery. Should we not reach you at the location or via phone contact, all deliveries are left at the residence to which we hold no liability for at such time. SERVING SIZES

We cater to special dietary needs, including gluten/wheat, dairy/lactose, vegetarian, vegan and egg friendly options. However, we do not offer any completely allergen-safe orders at this time. All of our ingredients may contain or have come into contact with soy, wheat, dairy, nuts, egg, non-vegan, non Halal or allergens. We are cautious with all preparation and sanitation of equipment and work surfaces, doing our best to ensure no allergen products are in the immediate vicinity on the day we prepare your order; however, allergens may still be present. You acknowledge that you are responsible for informing your guests of this allergy information. Accordingly, we will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from the consumption of my products. FLOWERS, GREENERY AND STRUCTURE : If you choose to use fresh flowers and/or greenery on or around your order, we will not be held responsible for any non-edible flowers or foliage added to your order. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants. We are not liable for any illness/injury that may occur due to using fresh or dried flowers or greenery. DAMAGE: If a third party collects the order on the customer's behalf, their acceptance of the order confirms that it is received in good condition at the time of pickup/delivery. The best place for your order during transport in a car is on the flattest surface. Delivered orders: Once the order has been delivered and set up, the care and condition of the order becomes your responsibility. Grazing in Comfort is not liable for any damage that may occur after that. Should you choose to have your order set up outdoors, we are not responsible for what may happen to it, be it weather, insect, child, animal or any other possible cause of damage. Pickup: If you choose to pick up your order, we are not liable for any damages, accidents, or mishaps that may occur once the cake is released from our care. The safest option is to have a passenger hold your order but if this is not possible, place it on the flattest surface of your vehicle, propping up to level if necessary. Weather: Humidity and heat can adversely affect your order. In the warmer months, it is recommended that the order be kept in air conditioning or, at the very least, a cool area. You acknowledge that we are in no way responsible for any damage that may occur due to weather conditions. UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: Grazing in Comfort will make every effort to ensure your order is ready and in good condition at the specified date and time. We shall not be liable for any delay, damage, or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. Our obligation to perform will be modified to the extent necessary based on transportation problems, power outages, delays in product delivery, inclement weather, illness, acts of God, or any other causes beyond our control. If Grazing in Comfort cannot fulfil the order, liability is limited to refund / cancellation of any charges due by you, and no further compensation will be paid. Thank you
