TL; DR- Love at first swipe- immaculate wedding vibes for there two.

🫶These two are the absolute real deal. Surrounded by their nearest and dearest, they locked it down at the beautiful Goldmines Hotel gardens on a day where the 38 degree heat made the beers go down far too easy, making the dancefloor and photo booth an absolute blast!

☀️The vibe was absolutely spot on for Tim & Laura’s wedding day. But the vibe has always been spot on really. Ever since they both swiped right, it was meant to be. Never a fight, but always a laugh- they have created their perfect life together (kiddos, puppers, houses, holidays and all).

🤎 Every detail of the day was meticulously curated by Laura (with the occasional sweat shop craft night with the bride tribe). Love was in the air this day, smiles all round to kick of an incredible married life together.

☺️ It’s not every day that you get to pronounce your friends as newlyweds by saying ‘you may now kiss the ever living fu*k out of each other’. Thank you Gibbo & Timmoy for letting me play a part in your special day x

TL;DR- Became a celebrant because my
best friend asked. Best thing I ever did.

🗣 I decided to become a celebrant in Dec 2019 when my bestie asked me to be her bridesmaid/celebrant… AND keep it surprise for the family and friends.

🥸Only a few people knew of my secret double life- it was a complete surprise for all of the other guests invited. The brides cousin (one of the few ‘in the know’) took care of the pre ceremony housekeeping by reading the script from my ceremony book. She shuffled the guests into place, hyped up the crowd and made sure peoples phones were on GODDAMN SILENT *mi scusi, sore point of mine*

🤯The bridal party boogied down the aisle when it was suddenly (and very theatrically) announced the celebrant was unable to make it *gasp, yeah you better clutch those pearls Aunt Gladdy, because we about to go on a riiiide bitch*

❤️‍🔥Being so close to the couple allowed me to create a one of a kind story to convey the kind of fairy tale love of Tim & El have, their journey here and their future plans. Of course it involved lots of gigglesnorts and chortles because no one wants to ruin their make up, even if they are ‘happy tears’.

💃🏼The duties didn’t stop at bridesmaid and celebrant, as I also had to stick my finger in the proverbial ‘MC-pie’ with a pinch of speeches and first dance announcements. And look, I’m not going to lie, after the formalities were over; there was an abhorrent amount of champagne consumed, wood fired pizza eaten and the dance floor was buckling under the sheer epicness of guests cutting absolutely sick while it pi**ed down rain. So many memories were made and so many more memories to come.

🥰 She’s a champion, an Angel sent from heaven and quite simply; the best ride or die a girl could ever ask for. Im so glad you got your happily ever after.
