Lets be honest, it should be borderline illegal not too sneak an old Land Rover into ever image where the opportunity presents. I am however acutely aware that I didn’t do a great job hiding my surprise when I found out not only did it start but it also moved under its own steam. Best of all you can’t even tell was two days or 38 degree weather!

Thanks again to the awesome team at for making us welcome, sharing your story and putting up with the early starts and late finishes. It was lovely meeting you all and look forward to visiting again, even if it’s just for a spin in the Landy haha!

Who else is into accessory hobbies and careers. Take for example being a photographer so you have an excuse to buy cool cameras, spend too much money on gear, props and other paraphernalia.

Well here’s another one for you! Becoming a pastry chef so you have an excuse to buy Cuvee’s Gastronomy Selection of chocolate. What would I make with it, I hear you say? Well making is overrated and takes valuable time away from simply scooping it into your mouth. Think about it, the world’s first patisserie where nothing is made and people line up for a scoop of chocolate buttons straight into their mouth!

And speaking of cool kids, I’m not sure I was ever cool enough to pull off gold Converse but Emma sure as hell can.

The team at and myself created this stunning portrait of Emma, the curator of ‘Australiana: Designing a Nation’, surrounded but two stunning designs by Paul McCann, a Marrithiyel artist and designer.

As I mentioned previously smiling is over rated, why bother, just own it.

Yeah yeah I know, its been ages between posts and this one is long over due!

If ever there was a moody interior this one is it. did not hold back and is next level. The intimacy of this space slowly reveals beautiful details throughout and brings a sophistication to your getaway. I commend Sam and Charlie for their trust in Belle, this project is bold and unique and the results speak for themselves.

Not many of you know but photographing people is probably one of the most stressful parts of what I do, but more often than not it’s also one of the most rewarding. My goal is always to make people feel comfortable and take the time to capture an image that empowers them.

Toryn owned this image! Woodhouse’s stunning interior accompanied by a little dramatic lighting created the mood and drama I wanted.

Smiling is over rated, it’s all in the eyes!

The Barkly Street Residence by E+ Architecture.

It’s not my first time visiting the stunning inner city home, on this occasion however it was to capture the interior spaces.

Nearly 5 years of occupancy and the subtle colour pallet, clever use of space and materials remain timeless.

I’m really excited to finally share a couple of these images with you guys.

I recently had the opportunity to capture Ghosty Diner’s freshly renovated space and it’s pretty obvious Nick and the team from have done a fantastic job.

It’s no small undertaking for a young business owner to invest this heavily to create a stunning venue which showcases a clear vision curated over many years. The resulting space is absolutely stunning and a huge credit to everyone involved.

Located in View Street, Bendigo, there is no excuse not to make the most of a trip to Central Victoria.

One of my favourite projects over the last couple of years has been working with David and Martin to capture their amazing transformation of the Bendigo Hotel and Hotel Vera in Ballarat.

Both were mammoth projects and a real insight into what is possible with a clear direction, vision, style and an eye for detail. These guys do not compromise and the end result speaks for itself.

Also makes my job a hell of a lot easier haha! By the way how is this for a spot to relax, the original stone bank vault that is now a secluded guest lounge at .

Might need a few of these epic eggs to get me through the marathon. In all seriousness though how awesome are these Cuvee Eggs, can you believe they taste and smell (yes smell) even better!!

So it’s been pointed out to me that I’m utterly hopeless at all this social media and website business and that some of you may think I’m dead!!

Please don’t threat or alternatively cancel the celebrations as I’m still alive.

It’s been a hectic year and it’s not quite wrapped yet but I wanted to say a huge thanks to everyone who has worked with me this year!! I really appreciate all the trust and support and definitely do not take it for granted!

Throw Back Feature: Harvest Bendigo’s Banana Semifreddo (frozen mousse) rolled in bacon, toasted bread & honeycomb crumb & some gold for a bit of bling! A dessert version of Elvis’s love of Banana & Bacon toasted Sandwiches.

Sorry guys it's been a long time between drinks/social media posts. But here is one to kickstart and early weekend.

scoured the globe for the world's most bubbly bubbles, it's super-crisp, highly carbonated and provides the clarity and purity you need when mixing top-shelf spirits.

Essentially, it's exceptionally good bubbly water.
